Community Coalition: "Inspiring Healthy Life Choices" Kings Partnership for Prevention (KPFP) is a coalition in Kings County that works to create an environment of wellness throughout our community. What We Do
Values: The values of KPFP are to expand and enhance the organizational capacity of coalition member agencies to deliver quality and effective services, to see strength derived from collaboration and partnership with diverse groups and individuals, and use knowledge as a means to encourage healthful choices.
National Prevention Strategy: The membership of KPFP comes together with the common goal of prevention within seven priority areas as defined in the National Prevention Strategy: Tobacco Free Living, Preventing Drug Abuse and Excessive Alcohol Use, Healthy Eating, Active Living, Injury and Violence Free Living, Mental and Emotional Well-Being, and Reproductive and Sexual Health.
