What We Do
The Organization
UCPCC was founded by a group of dedicated community volunteers and parents of persons with cerebral palsy back in 1954. In 1954, we had one program and served 15 children with cerebral palsy. Today, we serve more than 1,100 children and adults.
We have grown to include 9 programs for children and adults; each designed to fulfill our mission to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. We serve seven counties in Central California which include Merced, Madera, Mariposa, Fresno, Kings, Kern, and Tulare counties.
As we continue to grow, our vision remains the same, we will not waiver in our commitment of understanding disabilities and creating opportunities.
We are an affiliate of UCP National.
