Habitat for Humanity of Tulare/Kings Counties

Habitat for Humanity of Tulare/Kings Counties transforms lives and communities by bringing people together to build, renovate, and repair affordable homes for families in need in Tulare and Kings Counties.  Since our inception in 1994, as an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, we’ve brought people together to build homes, communities, and hope – driven by a shared vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live!

There is a severe and growing affordable housing crisis in California. With more than 40% percent of Tulare and Kings County residents paying more than they can afford in housing costs, we know that we must do more. Habitat seeks to provide decent and affordable housing opportunities through the Homeownersnip and Home Repair programs.  

Through financial support, volunteering or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.

Habitat for Humanity of Tulare/Kings Counties works in partnership with volunteers, and donors to achieve our mission. Our partners include corporations, churches, foundations, organizations, and individual donors from our community who contribute money, labor, and materials to fund and build, remodel, or repair houses in Tulare/Kings Counties.
