Reestablishing Stratford

Reestablishing Stratford is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency dedicated to improving the town of Stratford through positive events, services, and resources. We are governed by a 5 member Board, each of whom are either current or former Stratford residents.

In existence since 2015, the organization has already received recognition in the form of a Kings County Prevention Award. We have orchestrated several events to unite the community, including an annual 5k run, a back to school event, a Halloween trunk or treat event for children, and sports clinics for youth. In addition to facilitating these and other planned annual events, Reestablishing Stratford seeks to better the community by adding a parks and recreation program, community center, and adult education program.
