In order to make the Turkey Trot 5k as safe as possible for runners, we will be needing assistance directing any traffic that may find it's way through our event. Turkey Trot is an open course in Downtown Hanford and safety of our runners will be a top priority that morning. Help us keep them safe by directing traffic as needed when runners are approaching segments of the race where drivers may be present.
IMPORTANT: This volunteer opportunity requires adequate precaution, meaning there will be a mandatory training with ALL volunteers. The training will be held the morning of the race November 24th at 7:00AM, Kings United Way, 125 West Seventh Street Hanford, CA 93230.
